Mercantile Bank of Michigan is seeking a full-time Teller at the Dexter Ionia branch to deliver accurate, compliant, and customer-centered service. You will process deposits, withdrawals, and transactions while ensuring security and policy adherence.

You will balance your drawer daily, assist customers with account needs, and guide them to self-service options or appointments. Join a team that values community focus and professional development.

Qualificações

• Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork.
• Accurate cash handling and data entry/typing skills.
• Ability to prioritize and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Personal mobile device required for system sign-in and emergency procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing within established procedures
• Maintain and balance a cash drawer daily with strong attention to detail
• Use 360 View to identify needs, pursue cross-sell opportunities, and make appropriate referrals
• Promote self-service options, support concierge/Live ATM (if applicable), and assist with appointment setting
• Remain alert to fraud indicators and educate customers as needed
• Complete required training on time and follow all laws, regulations, and bank policies
