Job summary

Allied Universal Compliance and Investigation Services in California seeks a seasoned SIU Investigator to independently scrutinize insurance claims for fraud, including workers’ compensation and liability cases. You will gather data, interview stakeholders, and prepare detailed reports for review by case managers and state authorities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice or equivalent enforcement experience, a Private Investigator license, 5+ years in complex insurance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or equivalent with 5+ years investigations experience.
• Ability to obtain Private Investigator license as required by state.
• Proven complex insurance investigations experience and knowledge of anti-fraud laws.

Responsibilities

• Independently investigate suspected fraudulent insurance claims across coverages.
• Gather information via data collection, interviews, and cooperation with law enforcement.
• Create detailed documentation for investigations, audits, and training tasks.
• Produce professional reports, memos, and letters that are clear and precise.
• Develop strategic plans to meet assignment objectives and communicate with clients.
