Responsibilities

  • Lead fraud policy, strategy, and prevention initiatives for Global Consumer Trust.
  • Develop scalable fraud policy frameworks and governance models.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, GTM, Customer Experience, Legal, Payments, and Fraud Ops.
  • Translate intelligence and insights into actionable policies and long-term prevention strategies.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve fraud prevention through automation and tooling.
  • Establish program objectives, KPIs, and governance to measure impact.
  • Influence roadmaps by advocating for fraud prevention capabilities.
  • Prepare executive-level reporting and strategic recommendations.
