Job summary

Augment Analytics in San Francisco is seeking a Manager, Fraud Risk to own the end-to-end fraud strategy and applicant evaluations. You will report directly to the Head of Risk and lead a core team during a critical growth phase.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in fraud strategy, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset. This position includes opportunities for personal development, medical benefits, and flexible PTO.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in fraud strategy, identity risk, or credit risk.
• Deep expertise in onboarding fraud including synthetic identities.
• Familiarity with device intelligence and behavioral fraud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define the logic and thresholds for manual review.
• Lead strategy for incorporating bank account data into onboarding decisions.
• Define and own the KPI framework for onboarding fraud.
