Guidehouse is seeking an experienced professional to lead fraud risk management initiatives in a fast-paced environment. You will assess current-state processes, gather requirements, and drive mitigation strategies through implementation while coordinating across stakeholders and keeping actions on track.

The role requires U.S. citizenship, the ability to obtain public trust, and 5–7 years of fraud experience. Excellent communication and project management skills are essential.

• U.S. citizen with ability to obtain public trust.
• Five to seven years of fraud operations and risk management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to produce polished deliverables.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support fraud risk management, prevention, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Take identified risks and drive assessment through implementation and completion.
• Conduct current-state assessments, gather requirements, and identify process improvements.
• Coordinate across stakeholders, manage dependencies, and track actions with minimal oversight.
• Develop mitigation strategies for identified fraud risks and communicate outcomes.
