Job summary

TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is seeking a data-driven specialist to strengthen financial ecosystem health by analyzing large datasets to detect advanced FinTech fraud typologies in real-time. You will help build AI-driven tooling and automation to speed up dispute handling and risk scoring, while reducing manual bottlenecks across product and engineering teams.

Role focuses on automating ingestion of dispute evidence, implementing AI agents, and improving fraud response speed, with hands-on

Qualifications

1+ years of quantitative analytical experience in Risk Operations, Trust & Safety, or FinTech.
SQL is required; Python for data analysis is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

Fraud Investigation: analyze behavior, device fingerprints, login patterns to identify ATO and collusion; build automated triggers for suspicious accounts.
Chargeback & Dispute Strategy: oversee end-to-end contestment; automate evidence gathering to improve win rate.
SOP Design & Optimization: develop and maintain risk operations SOPs; analyze gaps to determine AI coverage.
AI and Automation Implementation: identify opportunities to replace manual workflows with AI agents; collaborate with Engineering on OCR and LLM-based parsing.
