• Prepare, deliver, and track Hold Harmless/Indemnification agreements to recover losses from other financial institutions.
• Prepare, deliver, and track incoming Hold Harmless/Indemnification agreements for other institutions.
• Support all lines of business in financial loss mitigation and recovery of fraudulent transactions.
• Establish long- and short-term plans for the group/region aligned with corporate goals.
• Prepare, monitor, and report on the group/region's fiscal and production performance.
