Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Fraud Specialist to identify and document fraud across Customer, FBA, Vendor, and Retail channels. The role acts as a liaison between corporate teams and fulfillment centers to prevent fraudulent reimbursements and reduce costs.

You will maintain a designated fraud area, lead training on fraud awareness, perform audits, and provide daily/weekly summaries of cases, with escalation as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexible schedule including possible weekends/nights/holidays.
• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for long shifts.
• Work 40 hours per week with overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Process all Customer/FBA/Vendor/Seller Fraud and submit BRW.
• Submit daily BRW reports to LP on new cases.
• Daily reporting on BRW, cases, and backlog.
• Train Problem Solvers on documentation and fraud identification.
