Amazon is seeking a seasoned Program Manager for AWS Payments & Fraud Prevention in Seattle, WA. You will lead cross-functional teams of Fraud Analysts and Scientists to identify, mitigate, and respond to new fraud trends while driving end-to-end program delivery across AWS services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex and multi-faceted programs and drive projects through completion.
• Work closely with Fraud Analysts and Scientists to identify and mitigate new fraud trends.
• Lead engagements with service teams across AWS to integrate them with fraud workflows.
• Assist in developing the strategy of the fraud response team and drive its execution.
• Triage inquiries from internal and external stakeholders and partner with the team to deliver results.
• Develop measurable benchmarks and reporting to evaluate team direction and progress.
