Job summary

Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. in Seattle seeks an experienced Program Manager to drive multi-faceted fraud prevention programs across AWS.

You will partner with Fraud Analysts and Scientists to identify trends, and coordinate with AWS service teams to embed fraud workflows, while shaping the strategy and execution of the fraud response team. The role requires strong delivery discipline, proactive issue resolution, and the ability to influence stakeholders globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex and multi-faceted programs and drive projects through completion.
• Work closely with Fraud Analysts and Scientists to identify and mitigate new fraud trends.
• Lead engagements with service teams across AWS to integrate them with fraud workflows.
• Assist in developing the strategy of the fraud response team and drive its execution.
• Triage inquiries from internal and external stakeholders and partner with the team to deliver results.
• Develop measurable benchmarks and reporting to evaluate team direction and progress.
