Qualifications

• Approximately 10+ years of application engineering experience.
• Strong experience with distributed systems, integrations, APIs, and modern architectures.
• Ability to influence technical direction without direct authority.
• Mentoring engineers and establishing engineering best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of a modern fraud case management platform.
• Partner with architects, engineers, and product leaders to define scalable platform strategy.
• Drive AI-enabled engineering practices to improve productivity and quality.
• Influence roadmaps and standards across teams and services to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Build and guide a new engineering team with a culture of ownership and automation.
• Define a long‑term platform evolution roadmap for global expansion.
