Job summary

Rush Street Interactive, a leader in online casino and sports betting, seeks a Risk and Payments Analyst to monitor payments, KYC reviews, and fraud investigations across the U.S. You will support chargebacks, document verification, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with customer service and product teams.

Salary range $50,000-$57,000 USD with benefits including 401(k) match, medical coverage, PTO and EAP; open to nationwide applicants.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with iGaming, sports wagering, and payment processing.
• Experience with gambling industry terminology and promotions.
• Data analysis and fraud detection capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process withdrawals and review documents in a timely manner.
• Investigate payments, fraud, and escalated customer contacts.
• Analyze player activity to identify and report potential fraud.
• Support customer service with payments inquiries and chargeback issues.
• Review and verify KYC documents and update patron records.
• Escalate issues to management when needed and provide feedback to teams.
