Qualifications

• Experience as Order Analysis Representative preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assesses online orders for fraud risk and approves or cancels accordingly.
• Analyzes refunds, check approvals and resolves consumer issues.
• Monitors back-office workflow to maintain efficiency.
• Collaborates with Retail, IT, D2C and Warehouse to improve customer experience.
• Trains and coaches team members as needed.
• Handles escalation tickets and communicates with stores/warehouses.
• Proactively identifies productivity and improvement opportunities.
