Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
• 2+ years FP&A, finance, or strategy experience.
• Strong analysis, forecasting, budgeting and reporting.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong project management and multi-priority handling.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance and Operations to support budgeting, forecasting and expense management.
• Deliver executive-level reporting, dashboards, and insights.
• Monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities, provide recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional projects and business reviews.
• Coordinate governance, audit, and risk management activities.
• Drive process improvements via automation and analytics.
• Respond to executive requests and support leadership decisions.
