Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in business operations, fraud ops management, or customer support.
• 2+ years of experience in business operations, fraud ops management, or customer support.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day fraud operations: investigate and resolve complex fraud escalations and high-risk transactions.
• Manage risk disruptions: coordinate impact analysis and operational response to spikes or attacks.
• Handle ad-hoc privacy & compliance workflows: securely manage customer data deletion requests.
