Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred; professional certification in fraud investigations preferred (CFE/CIFI/FCLS/FCLA).
• Minimum of ten years directing investigations in insurance fraud, law enforcement, civil or criminal litigation, or similar fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead fraud investigations unit operations, budget, and vendor services to maximize performance.
• Develop and execute strategic and operational initiatives aligned with goals.
• Ensure vendor services meet policy, contracts, fiduciary guidelines; monitor and evaluate performance.
• Make strategic decisions by analyzing trends using resources and metrics.
• Manage staff by attracting talent, setting direction, coaching, and developing capabilities.
