Qualifications

• Minimum of one to three years of insurance experience.
• Knowledge of insurance claims handling processes.
• Prior experience conducting investigative work is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts investigations and research to identify potential fraud.
• Validates data and gathers evidence from multiple sources.
• Prepares detailed reports documenting findings and actions.
• Logs all requests and triage actions in the SIU tracking system.
• Ensures privacy, confidentiality, and compliance requirements.
• Supports investigators by gathering claim, provider, and claimant information.
• Monitors data sources to identify fraud patterns and escalates when needed.
• Coordinates with SIU and Claims staff for case resolution.
• Maintains discretion with sensitive information.
• Balances independent analysis with teamwork in investigations.
