Job summary

Conduent is seeking a Fraud Investigation Services Associate III for an onsite role in San Antonio, TX. You will support customers as the first point of contact, answer questions about accounts, and help resolve issues with excellent service.

Responsibilities include conducting investigations into suspected fraudulent activities, analyzing records, collaborating with teams to gather evidence, and preparing detailed reports. Training provided; full-time schedule 8am-5pm, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a High School Diploma, or GED.
• All internals must have 6 months experience in your current role.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background, credit check, and security fingerprints.
• 1+ years of experience in fraud investigation or detection preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-point contact support to customers and answer questions about accounts.
• Investigate and analyze financial records and transaction data related to suspected fraud.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams to gather evidence and build cases.
• Prepare detailed reports documenting findings and recommendations.

Fraud Investigation Services Associate III

Onsite - San Antonio, TX

$21.00 per hour

As a Fraud Investigation Services Associate III, you will be supporting our client's customers as the first point of contact. You will answer questions concerning their accounts. You will help customers with their account issues while providing them with exceptional customer service.

About The Role

• Conducting thorough investigations into suspected fraudulent activities by analyzing financial records, transaction data, and other relevant documentation.
• Collaborating with internal and external teams to gather evidence and build cases against individuals or entities involved in fraudulent activities.
• Preparing detailed reports documenting findings, including evidence gathered, analysis conducted, and recommendations for further action.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest fraud detection techniques, tools, and regulations to continuously improve investigation processes and prevent future occurrences of fraud.

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information.For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated hourly rate for this role is $21.00 per hour.
