Part‑Time Payment Processing Associate

WORK SCHEDULE

Location: E. Lansing, MI (Onsite)

Hours of Operation: No more than 28 hours. M‑6‑finish (usually 2:30 but needs flexibility), w‑6‑finish (usually 2:30 but needs flexibility), F‑6‑finish (usually 2:30 but needs flexibility), S‑6‑finish (usually until between 11‑1:30 but needs flexibility).

Hourly Rate: $16.50

About The Role

Principal Duties/Responsibilities

• Provide administrative/clerical support for business operations.
• Review payments.
• Perform data entry of material from source documents to a computer database.
• Provide production services to client operating by performing data entry tasks.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data/assigned work.
• Ability to compare lists of numbers and find mismatches/errors.
• Handle multiple assignments.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality, informational accuracy, and production.
• Must be able to work under strict deadlines.
• Research problematic payments.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
