Job summary

Lewis James Professional is seeking a Fraud Integration Lead to drive the NICE Actimize integration project for a financial services client. You will lead the strategy group, collaborate with IT and operations, and optimize the platform while advancing fraud detection capabilities.

The role requires 2+ years in fraud detection or risk analytics, deep Actimise knowledge, and strong communication to translate technical concepts for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, IT, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 2+ years of experience in fraud detection, risk analytics, or system integration, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Deep knowledge of NICE Actimise (or other enterprise fraud detection engines) strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in assessing fraudulent activity and system performance.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for associates and stakeholders.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or similar tools for data analysis is a plus.

• Create, enhance, and implement fraud detection rules, scenarios, and data analytics leveraging NICE Actimise's capabilities.
• Partner with compliance and risk teams to ensure fraud engine rules align with regulatory requirements and bank policy.
• Develop training materials and provide guidance to associates on new fraud detection processes and tools.
• Create and maintain documentation for integration workflows, fraud rule logic, and investigation outcomes.
• Oversee performance of the fraud engine and provide reporting on fraud trends, system efficacy, and improvement opportunities.
• Be aware of fraud trends, scams, and regulatory changes to continue improving detection capabilities to protect the bank’s clients.
• Participate in user acceptance testing, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate vendor support as needed.
