Job summary

Regions Financial is seeking a Financial Crimes Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our product roadmap for financial crimes solutions. This role collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives.

This position requires strong skills in agile planning, requirements analysis, stakeholder communication, and data‑driven decision making.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 3+ years of product management experience or related areas

Responsibilities

Define and prioritize features based on customer feedback and business priorities for roadmap planning.
Work with technology, stakeholders, engineering, and other teams to drive product development from concept to launch.
Gather and analyze user requirements, translating them into detailed product requirements with Product Owners on sizing of work.
Lead the agile development process, including increment planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
Ensure upstream and downstream dependencies are identified, communicated, and completed for quality assurance.
Track and analyze KPIs to measure product initiatives and inform iterations.
Communicate product updates to stakeholders, including executives and external partners.
Champion customer needs throughout the product lifecycle, advocating for useful features and improvements
