Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Business Analysis Manager to lead a team of controls analysts in Fraud Prevention. You will drive data-informed decisions, deliver extensive reporting, and strengthen fraud controls across the organization.

You will translate complex data into actionable business cases, partner with technology teams, and present to senior leadership to reduce customer friction while maintaining strong risk protections.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business analysis/analytics, controls, audit/audit testing, or related work.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience managing and developing teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including executive-level presentations and storytelling with data.
• Ability to gather, analyze, synthesize, and visualize large and diverse datasets for issue and performance management.
• Working knowledge of program and project management disciplines and delivery practices.
• Proven ability to influence and partner across functions and levels in a complex org.
• Ability to translate technical findings into clear business impacts, risks, and actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4–6 controls analysts to deliver high-quality analysis and reporting outcomes.
• Own and manage a large book of work, including 150+ control reports and related business requirements.
• Partner with technology and reporting teams to lead break-fix for critical controls reporting.
• Maintain complete documentation that meets standards and supports governance.
• Review controls reporting against risks to ensure coverage and alignment to objectives.
• Stress test reporting logic, reduce false positives, and improve signal quality while preserving risk protection.
• Build reporting and metrics to communicate portfolio health, trends, and priorities for leadership.
• Lead programs spanning multiple fraud processes and teams, delivering measurable improvements.
• Serve as SME for audits/exams by explaining report purpose, logic, and outcomes.
• Create data-backed business cases to address customer experience and control pain points.
• Present insights, risks, and proposed solutions to senior leadership in business reviews.
