orsa credit union is seeking a Director of Fraud & BSA to lead the organization’s fraud detection, prevention, and investigation efforts. The role oversees BSA compliance, vendor management, and business continuity with a focus on protecting members and confidential information.

The position includes leadership responsibilities and requires driving risk controls and staff training. The role offers a minimum salary of $92,100, with potential increases based on experience and transferable skills,

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of leadership experience.
• 6-8 years of related fraud/bsa experience.
• Ability to obtain BSA certification within the first year.

Responsibilities

• Participate on the Leadership Team and committees.
• Prepare the annual budget for area of responsibility.
• Develop reporting processes for non-compliance, policies and procedures to aid risk control.
• Oversee fraud & BSA risk issues and related programs.
• Review non-compliance regarding Fraud and BSA risk controls.
• Supervise resolution of fraud case investigations.
