Job summary

bet365 is seeking ambitious Fraud and Risk Specialists for our US headquarters in downtown Denver to help protect customers and the integrity of gaming operations.

You will analyze player accounts for fraudulent activity, review transactions, and provide proactive risk insights, with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced, supportive team.

This role requires flexibility to support our customers across busy sporting calendars, including evenings, weekends, and federal holidays.

• Produce detailed reports regarding fraudulent activity.
• Contact customers via telephone and email.
• Provide second-line support to operations on fraud and risk queries.

This role involves analyzing player accounts for fraudulent activities, managing payment transactions, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

You will handle fraud investigations, review transaction data, and provide exceptional customer service.

Pay Range: $55,000 – $65,000. Position is also eligible for participation in a performance-based bonus plan.
