Job summary

International Game Technology (IGT) is seeking a Fraud Analytics Analyst for the Payment Services team in Providence, RI. You will prepare, present, and manage reporting of key performance metrics for fraud management and related systems.

You will develop KPIs, publish regular reports, analyze data across gateways and KYC platforms, and support the team with ad-hoc analyses. This role combines analytical rigor with collaboration across stakeholders in a large global gaming company.

Responsibilities

• Establish, generate, and maintain key analytics aimed to measure, monitor, and alert the business regarding shifts in fraud performance and risk.
• Update and publish weekly, monthly, and quarterly fraud reporting for digital and retail payments.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis, validation, and investigation across multiple systems.
• Develop BI tools, methodologies, and procedures for data collection and outputs.
• Create KPIs to track fraud queues and investigations for leadership.
• Analyze new fraud reporting requirements and implement changes.
• Identify fraud trends and advise on risk mitigation measures.
• Create ad-hoc reports and assist leadership as needed.
• Participate in all fraud prevention activities as required.
