Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field or Bachelor's degree with two years of data analytics experience.
• Experience in a data analytics or related role with two years minimum.
• Experience using analytical software and programming such as SQL, SAS, Python, Ruby, R, MATLAB, Scala or Java; familiarity with BI software like Tableau or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Performs in-depth analysis of fraud threats by gathering data, reporting findings, quantifying losses, and recommending mitigations.
• Identifies fraud savings opportunities through loss reduction or operational improvements.
• Assesses effectiveness of existing rule strategies and analyzes ways to enhance them.
• Develops and runs transaction and system monitoring for suspicious activity.
• Prepares readable reports and visuals for stakeholders; assists in presenting analysis to management.
• Interprets data to determine trends, operational impact, and opportunities for automation.
