Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements; translate into metrics, definitions, and wireframes.
• Build, optimize, and maintain dashboards in MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI or Looker.
• Create reports linking operational metrics to outcomes to identify bottlenecks.
• Analyze complex partner operations to automate processes and systems.
• Provide technical expertise to develop cost-effective systems and procedures.
• Prepare weekly updates and incident recaps for stakeholders.
• Maintain data quality and reconcile discrepancies across systems.
