• Analyze complex partner operations to automate processes and systems.
• Provide technical expertise to develop cost-effective systems and procedures.
• Prepare weekly updates and incident recaps for stakeholders.
• Maintain data quality and reconcile discrepancies across systems.

This position is in an office environment with a hybrid work schedule. Eligible employees can work from home up to one day each week.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements; translate into clear metrics, definitions, and wireframes.
• Build, optimize, and maintain dashboards in MicroStrategy (or Tableau/Power BI/Looker), including filters, drill paths, and role-based access.
• Build reports linking operational metrics to fraud outcomes (losses, false positives, dispute cycle times) to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Analyzing complex business partners' operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes, functions, and systems
• Providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements
• Prepare clear summaries for stakeholders (weekly updates, incident recaps).
• Maintain data quality: validate report inputs, reconcile discrepancies across systems, and escalated data issues to improve accuracy and reliability of fraud reporting.
