Guidehouse is seeking an AI/Data Managing Consultant to lead workstreams, delivering advanced AI and data solutions while mentoring junior team members on real-world AI adoption.

Responsibilities include designing scalable solutions, developing ML models, and partnering with clients to translate business needs into technical outcomes, all while adhering to governance and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in AI, data, analytics, or engineering.
• 4+ years in a fraud/payment integrity-related role.
• Experience with Python/R, SQL, and data modeling.
• Experience deploying ML models at scale and data visualization in PowerBI/Tableau/Looker.

Responsibilities

• Lead discrete workstreams and deliver advanced AI and data solutions.
• Design and implement scalable AI/data solutions from requirements to deployment.
• Develop, test, and tune fraud prevention and detection rules in multiple languages.
• Develop and optimize ML models and analytics workflows.
• Lead data analytics efforts in detecting fraud, waste, abuse, and improper payments.
• Partner with clients to identify AI use cases and translate business needs into solutions.
• Own client deliverables and contribute to executive presentations.
• Mentor junior and senior consultants, reviewing their work.
• Ensure solutions align with governance, security, and responsible AI standards.
