Role Overview

As a Senior AI and Analytics Fraud Product Manager, you will lead the development and execution of AI and analytics-based Anti-Fraud products. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will define product requirements, oversee development, and ensure successful market delivery. Your expertise in machine learning, data analytics, and product management will be crucial in driving innovation and delivering customer value.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy and Roadmap Development:
   • Develop the AI and analytics Fraud product roadmap aligned with company goals.
   • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
   • Prioritize product initiatives based on customer feedback and technical feasibility.
2. Product Planning and Execution:
   • Work with engineering, data science, design, and marketing teams to define requirements.
   • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch and post-launch analysis.
3. AI and Analytics Expertise:
   • Apply machine learning techniques to enhance product features.
   • Use data analytics to derive insights and inform decisions.
   • Stay updated on AI advancements and industry trends.
4. Customer Engagement:
   • Engage with clients, including banks and financial institutions, to understand their needs.
   • Present solutions and gather feedback to refine products.
   • Travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
5. Stakeholder Management:
   • Build relationships with internal teams and external partners.
   • Collaborate on validating product concepts and market positioning.
6. Performance Monitoring:
   • Define KPIs and metrics to evaluate product success.
   • Analyze data for optimization opportunities.
   • Iterate on products based on feedback and data insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in computer science, engineering, data science, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in Fraud products or financial crime detection solutions.
• 7+ years in product management, especially SaaS, machine learning, or analytics products.
• Experience working directly with customers and presenting solutions.
• Strong knowledge of fraud prevention techniques and financial industry challenges.
• Experience in agile environments and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Leadership passion for innovation and impactful products.

Preferred: Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data technologies.
