FranU seeks a Program Coordinator for Phlebotomy and PCT Training to oversee coordination, implementation, and evaluation of the Phlebotomy and PCT programs. The role supports accreditation compliance, student success initiatives, and partnerships to prepare graduates for workforce entry.

The position is an Associate Faculty role reporting to the Director of the Franciscan Center for Professional Development (FCPD).

Qualifications

• Experience: At least two years of teaching experience, required.
• Education: Associate’s Degree or higher in Nursing; Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Health-related field preferred.
• Training: Current American Heart Association BLS CPR Certification, required.
• Special Skills: Program coordination, organizational, and data-tracking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of the Phlebotomy and PCT Programs.
• Maintain accreditation/compliance documentation and reporting.
• Coordinate clinical placements and site relationships.
• Collaborate with Faculty and Administration; support program assessment.
