Job summary

Independent Purchasing Cooperative (IPC) seeks a Distributor & Franchisee Relationship Manager to streamline onboarding for distributors and provide ongoing operational support to franchisees. You will serve as the primary contact, build trust, and facilitate open communication across the organization and its partners in North America.

You will conduct restaurant visits, diagnose supply chain challenges, and deliver tailored training to improve performance while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of proven relationship management or customer service experience.
• Experience in food service distribution preferred and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Distribution Manager with DC transitions and ensure successful onboarding.
• Provide post-transition support and stay in the field for several weeks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with distributors and franchisees.
• Serve as liaison among distributors, franchisees, and internal teams.
• Deliver training resources to improve operational performance and compliance with brand standards.
• Monitor key operational metrics and report improvements to IPC teams.
