Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience as a legal secretary, paralegal, or transactional support specialist in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Strong word processing and document formatting skills for complex legal documents.
• Experience with franchise filings, FDDs, and transactional checklists is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Format, proofread, and finalize complex transactional documents including M&A agreements and contracts.
• Maintain franchise-related documentation including FDDs and franchise agreements.
• Track milestones, closing checklists, and calendars across multiple matters.
• Coordinate with attorneys and clients to ensure accuracy and deadlines.
