Job summary

Zaxby’s Franchising LLC is seeking a Franchise Training Program Manager in the United States to lead franchisee and trainee training, manage certified facilities, and drive program quality. You will oversee LMS analytics, certification processes, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations and Development teams.

The role emphasizes improving training readiness, standardizing curricula across venues, and coaching franchise and OTMs to achieve milestones and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Hospitality, Education, or related field; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5+ years of experience in training, learning and development, restaurant operations, franchise operations, or a related field; QSR, restaurant, hospitality, retail, or franchise experience preferred
• Pay Range $85,000 - $110,000

Responsibilities

• Franchisee and Trainee Training Management – manage the initial training experience for new franchisees and their management teams, including training curriculum, training plans, tools, schedules, assignments, milestones, assessments, and certification requirements for each manager role.
• Certified Training Facility Management – manage the network of certified training facilities, including identifying, evaluating, onboarding, certifying, and supporting new facilities; conduct audits and performance reviews.
• Franchisee Managed Training Program – evaluate franchisee readiness to participate in the Franchisee Manager Training Program; facilitate the OTM certification program at the Support Center; coach OTMs and monitor participation.
• LMS and Program Analytics – monitor trainee progress, completion, certification status, and compliance; build and interpret LMS reports; provide actionable insights.
• Program Quality and Continuous Improvement – ensure standardized training, update materials, gather feedback, and implement best practices.
• Cross-Functional Partnership – align training with operations, development and field leadership; communicate performance to stakeholders.
