Job summary

Mosquito Shield is seeking a Franchise Business Coach to join our Operations team. The role works with franchise owners nationwide to help with product ordering, system navigation, and operational support. It is an entry-level opportunity emphasizing leadership potential and a drive to learn.

This position requires four days per week in our North Attleboro office and offers exposure to franchise operations and diverse internal teams in a national franchise system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to build relationships with franchise owners and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact between franchise owners and Mosquito Shield home office.
• Assist with product ordering, supply coordination, and operational support.
• Respond to franchisee questions related to systems, products, orders, and operations.
• Help franchise owners access tools, resources, and best practices within the Mosquito Shield system.
• Coordinate with operations, marketing, and supply chain teams to resolve needs.
• Assist with onboarding and supporting new franchise owners entering the system.
• Help prepare and organize franchise meetings, calls, and training sessions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for franchise owners.
• Build strong working relationships with franchise owners and internal teams.
• Other duties as assigned.
