Qualifications

• Proven experience in franchise sales, B2B sales, or real estate sales.
• Strong understanding of the real estate brokerage or franchise business model.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet sales targets.
• Experience using CRM to manage leads and pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify qualified franchise candidates through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach

Requirements
