Job summary

Tous Les Jours in Fort Lee, NJ seeks a QC Franchise Business Technician to coordinate regulatory and quality compliance at bakery locations, monitor QC activities, and report issues to operations. The role collaborates with consultants on new product development.

Responsibilities include store inspections, production QC, education for new stores on dough, hygiene and kitchen equipment, and documentation. Must have bakery experience and GMP/HACCP knowledge; bilingual Korean/English preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior bakery experience is required.
• Experience with R&D in the bakery industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of baking multiple types of bread and decorating cakes.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• 8-12 years combined experience in food/ingredients and manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GMPs and HACCP.
• Basic understanding of food production fundamentals.
• Basic computer skills with MS Office; bilingual (Korean and English) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate QC and regulatory activities at Tous Les Jours bakeries.
• Monitor QC activities and report issues to operations supervisors.
• Educate staff on in-store products, hygiene, and equipment use.
• Perform store inspections, write reports, and manage production QC.
• Support new store production education and kitchen layout coordination.
• Document QC tasks and respond to product inquiries; travel up to 75%.
