BK Franchise Holdings LLC in Queens, NY is seeking Back of the House Staff to support bakery production, ensure product quality, and maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen. The Baker I works under the guidance of senior bakers to prepare high-quality baked goods, following established recipes and standards.

The role covers Production Support, Baking and Preparation, Quality Control, Inventory and Stocking, and Cleanliness, all to meet production schedules.

Competenze

• Basic knowledge of baking techniques.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.

Mansioni

• Assist in preparing doughs, batters, and fillings according to recipes and instructions.
• Operate ovens, mixers, and bakery equipment under supervision of senior bakers.
• Monitor product quality and adjust baking times and temperatures as needed.
• Maintain inventory and rotate ingredients; notify supervisors of shortages.
• Keep workstations and storage areas clean and organized; follow safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with BOH team to ensure a smooth production process.
