Job summary

Kiddie Academy is seeking a Director of Pre-Open Operations to oversee a team of opening support personnel and ensure the integrity of Kiddie Academy Operating Systems across franchised locations. You will drive franchisee onboarding and empower new locations to achieve enrollment, operational excellence, and profitability through strong franchisor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree required.
• 5+ years in Educational Childcare or Franchise Operations.
• 3+ years supervisory experience leading a team.
• Experience with sales, marketing, regulatory agencies and business management.
• Ability to travel.
• Well organized with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving and exemplary commitment to customer service for franchisees and Kiddie Academy.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day oversight of a designated team of Academy opening support personnel within Operations to maintain the integrity and quality of Kiddie Academy Operating Systems across franchised locations.
• Lead franchisee onboarding and empower new locations to achieve strong enrollment, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and long-term profitability through solid franchisee-franchisor partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth openings and ongoing operational success at corporate and franchise locations.
• Travel as needed to support openings and enable hands-on leadership and guidance.
