Job summary

Kiddie Academy in Abingdon, MD is seeking a Pre-Open Enrollment Specialist to work with the corporate team and franchisees. This position ensures Franchisees are equipped with the tools to build pre-opening enrollment momentum.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field and 1–3 years of relevant experience. The role offers 100% company-paid medical insurance, 401K matching, and generous paid time off.

As the Pre‑Open Enrollment Specialist, you will work in close partnership with Academy Opening Managers to ensure Franchisees are equipped with the knowledge, systems, processes, and tools necessary to build local awareness, drive inquiries, and engagement to ultimately build strong pre‑opening enrollment momentum.

Qualifications
