Job summary

Kiddie Academy is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our corporate office in Abingdon, MD, providing essential support to internal partners and franchisees. You will manage day-to-day marketing requests and contribute to a seamless, high-quality experience.

This role offers a remote benefit of 52 days per year and a collaborative, in-person work environment at the corporate headquarters.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field required.
• 2–4 years of marketing experience.
• Ability to manage/traffic/anticipate marketing projects and workflows.
• Detail oriented and able to work independently and collaboratively.

Salary Range: $52,000.00 - $57,000.00 Salary/year

This is a rewarding long-term career opportunity to work with all levels of the Kiddie Academy® Educational Child Care corporate team, as well as our franchisees as they make an impact in communities across the country. As the Marketing Operations Specialist you will help the marketing team effectively support both internal partners and franchisees, while managing day-to-day marketing requests and contributing to a seamless, high-quality experience.

This position is based in our Corporate Office located in Abingdon, Maryland and includes a remote benefit of 52 days per year.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, business, or other related fields is required
• Ability to manage/traffic/anticipate marketing projects and workflow processes
• 2-4 years’ experience
• Process driven but creative and innovative
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work collaboratively to achieve business objectives
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, work independently
• Strong professional verbal and written communication skills including the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the organization
• Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
