Job summary

Azurity Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Director of Franchise Portfolio Management to lead strategy development, management, and execution for the franchise product portfolio, supporting the VP of Franchise Portfolio Management. Roles are office based and generally require in-office presence Tuesday through Thursday.

The role focuses on driving brand strategy, PLM, pricing, forecasts, TPPS and P&Ls while coordinating with cross‑functional teams to meet milestones and lifecycle plans.

Qualifications

• PharmD or PhD or bachelor's/master's degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience; 10+ years with a bachelor's degree.
• Experience in pipeline or in-line marketing and new products commercialization.
• Familiarity with therapeutic areas and drug development.
• Experience conducting primary and secondary market research and developing, discussion guides, and forecast assumptions for new product ideas.
• Experience in sales forecasting and financial modeling.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management and commercialization processes.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Gain expertise in therapy areas via research, competitive intelligence and insights.
• Contribute to franchise-level strategic plans including asset management.
• Drive brand strategy and manage PLM stages for launches.
• Manage brand plans, pricing, forecasts, TPPS and P&Ls across lifecycle.
• Continuously gather customer insights to refine product and commercial strategies.
• Support PLM process with cross-functional teams to meet timelines.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for portfolio reviews.
• Collaborate with corporate development to evaluate external assets.
