Job summary

Azurity Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director of Franchise Portfolio Management to lead strategy development and execution for the franchise product portfolio. You will support the VP Franchise Portfolio Management and work with cross-functional teams to optimize lifecycle management and grow revenue.

The role requires advanced scientific or business education and 10+ years in pharma with pipeline or in-line marketing experience.

Qualifications

Experience in pipeline or in-line marketing or new products commercialization.
Experience conducting primary and secondary market research and developing TPPs.
Experience in sales forecasting and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

Gain deep expertise in franchise therapy areas through research and conference engagement.
Contribute to franchise-level strategic plans including mature asset management and revenue optimization.
Drive brand strategy development and execution across PLM stages for launches and line extensions.
Manage brand plans, pricing, forecasts, TPPs, and P&Ls over product lifecycles.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet stage-gate criteria and timelines.
Assist in preparing reports and recommendations for portfolio reviews.
