Job summary

Azurity Pharmaceuticals seeks a Director of Franchise Portfolio Management to lead strategy development, asset optimization, and lifecycle planning for the franchise portfolio. You will work with the VP to drive market insights, brand strategy, and cross-functional execution across launches and phase-outs.

The role emphasizes collaboration with market research, forecasting, and financial modeling, ensuring portfolio alignment with corporate goals and patient needs in value-based care.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree holders with 5+ years of relevant experience; 10+ years with a bachelor’s.
• Experience in pipeline or in-line marketing or new product commercialization.
• Familiarity with therapeutic areas and pharmaceutical drug development and commercialization.
• Experience conducting primary and secondary market research and developing TPPs and forecast assumptions.
• Experience in sales forecasting and financial modeling.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical product lifecycle management and commercialization processes.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Gain deep expertise in therapy areas overseen by the franchise through research, competitive intelligence, and insights from conferences.
• Contribute to franchise-level strategic plans, including asset management and revenue optimization.
• Drive brand strategy development and execution through all PLM stages and readiness for launch.
• Manage brand plans, pricing strategies, forecasts, TPPs, and P&Ls across the franchise lifecycle.
• Continuously gather customer insights to refine product and commercial strategies.
• Oversee product improvements and line extensions post-launch and plan life-cycle phase-outs.
• Support PLM processes with cross-functional coordination to meet stage-gate criteria and timelines.
