Job summary

Azurity Pharmaceuticals seeks a Director of Franchise Portfolio Management to lead strategy, management, and execution for the franchise product portfolio. You will support the VP of Franchise Portfolio Management and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet stage-gate criteria and timelines.

The role emphasizes market research, asset optimization, and post-launch lifecycle management to drive revenue growth and product value across multiple therapeutic areas.

Qualifications

• PharmD/PhD or bachelor’s/master’s in life sciences or business preferred.
• 5+ years with an advanced degree; 10+ years with a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in pipeline, in-line marketing or new product commercialization.
• Familiarity with drug development, therapeutic areas, and commercialization.
• Experience with market research, discussion guides, TPPs, and forecasts.
• Experience in sales forecasting and financial modeling.
• Knowledge of PLM and commercialization processes.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Gain expertise in franchise therapy areas via research, CI, insights, and conferences.
• Contribute to franchise strategic plans, asset management, and revenue optimization.
• Drive brand strategy through PLM stages and launch readiness.
• Manage brand plans, pricing, forecasts, TPPs, and P&Ls for franchise products.
• Gather and analyze customer insights to refine product and commercial strategies.
• Oversee product enhancements, line extensions, and phase-outs post-launch.
• Support PLM across stages with cross-functional teams and stage-gate criteria.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for portfolio reviews.
• Collaborate with corporate development to evaluate external assets.
