Job summary

FullSpeed Automotive is seeking a paralegal with extensive franchise experience to support our growing franchise operations in Denver. The role focuses on franchisedocumentation, regulatory compliance, and ongoing administration of our franchise system.

The ideal candidate will partner with Legal, Franchise Operations, Development, and Finance to manage franchise agreements, FDDs, state registrations, and related transactions across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, Business Administration or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and coordinate franchise agreements and related documents.
• Draft transfers, assignments, addenda, notices, and other franchise paperwork.
• Coordinate execution and maintain complete documentation.
• Support FDD updates and regulatory compliance.
• Track deadlines and regulatory filings across states.
• Collaborate with Legal, Franchise Operations, Development, and Finance teams.
