Based in Pasadena, Dine Brands Global, Inc. is seeking a Paralegal to support Attorneys across franchise transactions, licensing, and regulatory compliance for corporate-owned and acquired restaurants.

You will assist with document prep, due diligence, and cross-functional workflow to close deals and maintain licenses. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required for the role.
• Excellent ability to work efficiently, multi-task and independently manage a large volume of projects.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment and interact professionally with internal and external business partners.
• Self-starter with willingness to further develop skills as paralegal and businessperson.
• Proficient in MS Office; Salesforce experience helpful but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist attorneys with preparation and production of franchise-related legal documents, including agreements and correspondence.
• Partner with outside counsel and regulatory agencies to secure and maintain alcohol licenses, permits, and other operational approvals.
• Assist attorneys with due diligence process associated with review of transactions and licensing applications.
• Work cross-functionally to manage transactions and licensing and compliance obligations.
• Provide lawyers with assistance in the preparation for and closing of various franchise-related transactions and with licenses, permits and regulatory compliance for corporate-owned and acquired restaurants.
• Assist with reporting, tracking and data management.
