Job summary

Franchise Sidekick is hiring a Franchise Specialist who acts as the first contact for prospective franchise owners. You’ll guide conversations, assess goals and financial readiness, and schedule Advisor Calls. This role emphasizes listening, empathy, and structured qualification in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You will handle structured talks, discuss liquidity and investment ranges, and maintain notes in HubSpot to ensure smooth progression through the pipeline with Advisors.

Qualifications

• Conduct structured discovery calls to uncover client goals, motivations and timelines.
• Discuss liquidity and investment ranges clearly and confidently.
• Qualify leads and set expectations for the franchise exploration process.
• Establish trust quickly with a warm, human conversational approach.

Responsibilities

• Sales Qualification & Client Connection: conduct discovery calls and set expectations.
• Call Volume Management & Outreach: 50–100 outbound calls daily on qualified leads.
• Pipeline Management & Handoff: document notes in HubSpot and move leads toward Advisor Calls.
• Process Improvement & Collaboration: share insights and work with teammates on optimization.
