Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years experience in operations, project coordination, or administrative management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively in teams and large group presentations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Travel approximately 10%.

Responsibilities

• Support the Franchise Operations team with ad hoc, time-bound projects.
• Coordinate and support town halls and employee engagement activities.
• Manage the Franchise calendar and distribution lists; oversee the global rare diseases mailbox.
• Support Product Review Board submissions; partner with Corporate Communications.
• Oversee coordination with Graphic Design hub and data sharing processes.
• Develop onboarding resources and facilitate employee engagement initiatives.
• Support internal communications strategy and cross-functional collaboration; manage SharePoint & Teams site.
