Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years experience in operations, project coordination, or administrative management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively in teams and with larger groups.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Travel approximately 10%.

Responsibilities

• Support the Franchise Operations team with ad hoc, time-bound priority projects.
• Coordinate and support town halls and employee engagement activities; capture key insights and follow up.
• Manage Franchise calendar and distribution lists; oversee global rare diseases mailbox and inquiries.
• Support Product Review Board submissions and partner with Corporate Communications for franchise-wide channels.
• Deploy onboarding resources and develop employee engagement opportunities for the Global Rare Franchise.
• Support internal communications strategy and cross-functional collaboration; manage the Franchise SharePoint & Teams site.
